In fishing news, the first fish of the season was caught by Hasse Dehlin from Sweden on March 30th, a fine sea-trout estimated at 3lbs while Bob Colson from the U.S. had another nice sea-trout estimated at 2lbs. The first wild salmon of the season has been caught! On Tuesday 3rd May Urs Liebundgut caught a 11.6 lbs wild salmon and on the same day, Nico Mittmann caught a fine 9lbs wild salmon. Later that evening, Peter Coyne caught a 10.5 lbs salmon on a Cascade tube fly.
