Allfish, a fly-fishing shop from Heist op den Berg in Belgium, organizes fly-casting days on the 4th and 5th of June. Different types and brands of fly-rods will be available for testing on these days. Among them Sage, Scott, Gatti and Vision. On both days the event will take place from 10.00 until 16.00 hours.
On the 4th of June people will gather at the shore of the River Ourthe on the parking in the village of Maboge (GPS Pont de Maboge). Demonstrations in French and Czech Nymphing techniques will also be held here at 10.30 and 13.30 hours.
On the 5th of June people will gather on the shore of the River Semois, at the entrance to the camp ground Armochamps in Herbeumont (GPS Rue de Bravy). Ludo Van Hove will present a masterclass casting with a switch rod here. This will again take place at 10.30 and 13.30 hours. All through the day all kinds of rods can be tested and tried.
Both days can be visited for free, but you need to send an email before the 2nd of June to info@allfish.be to let them know you are coming.
