For the fifth time already, the “NFFT” was held on Saturday the 22nd of October in and around the fly-fishing shop of Finest Flyfishing in Bedburg-Hau near Kleve in Germany. This is the one day devoted to fly-fishing and fly-tying for the region of “Niederrhein” and well beyond that. Next to the shop a large tent was put up where the fly-tiers, presentations plus coffee and cake were to be found.

Thorsten Strüben gave instruction and demonstrations in casting with switch and double handed fly-rods.
A joyful atmosphere in the tent, where food and drinks where available as well.
John Elbers demonstrated with different fly-tying materials of Semperfli.
The book on fly-fishing by Leon Janssen is now available in the German language as well.
In the tent were also stands of Loop, Orvis/Norwegian Flyfishers Club and the German magazine Fisch und Fliege.
