TYING CLASSES
SATURDAY:
Charlie Craven – Charlie is back by popular demand, so don’t miss his class. You’ll learn from one of tying best teachers.
Intermediate.
Tim Cammisa – “Tying Weighted Nymphs for Success” – There is no doubt that these nymphs catch fish. Now you will have the skills to tie them. Intermediate.
Blane Chocklett – “Designing Flies that Trigger Strikes” – Blane had developed certain tying techniques that incorporate steps in his patterns that derive fish to attack the fly. Prepare to improve your fishing success. Intermediate.
SUNDAY:

Marc Petitjean – “CDC Magic” – Marc is a CDC expert visiting us from Switzerland to show you how to design CDC patterns the easy way.

NOTE: All students must bring their own tying vise, tools, lamp if needed, and a sampling of materials.
CASTING CLASSES
SUNDAY:

“Casting with Bob Clouser” Bob has helped hundreds if not thousands of students learn to improve their casting, from accuracy and distance, to mastering the casting of sinking lines and heavy flies.
All levels, but some experience helpful.
NOTE: This class takes place at the Garden State exhibit Center where the Symposium is held. Go straight to the show lobby by 8:15 a.m.

IFFF YOUTH CLASS
The International Federation of Fly Fishers will be instructing this introductory class for all youngsters wanting to learn more about fly fishing and fly tying. It will also help those scouts that need this instruction to earn their fly fishing merit badge. If you’re a scout or not, this is a great class to be taking and it’s all free. You can sign up for this free class by registering at their booth inside the symposium. The class will take place on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
