Shooting line with the “Shooting Duck”

Olaf Ebert introduced the "Shooting Duck" at the stand of Ritt-Mailing during the Fly Happening in Putte, Belgium. The device is much smaller than a line tray and therefor easier to wear and carry.

With the snap buckle the device can be placed in front of your body or more to the side; what ever suits you best at certain circumstances.

The word "Duck" applies to the form of the line holder, the front clearly has the form of the beak of a duck.

It is better to use the belt with which the Shooting Duck is delivered. Using it on the belt of your trousers would mean you can only use it in a fixed position. To avoid losing your belt by unintentionally opening the folding buckle, a slider can be positioned at the loose end of the belt (this is also supplied with the Shooting Duck).

    1. As far as I know there is no shop in the UK that sells the Shooting Duck. You can order it through the website that I mentioned or otherwise through, for instance, Hebeisen in ZUrich, Switzerland.
