It’s a stand-up paddle board, it’s a micro-skiff, it’s a powered ride… and last week it was the ICAST 2017 Overall Best of Show award winner!

And BOTE wasn’t the only young company to have cause for celebration at the world’s biggest trade show. Relative newcomer 13 Fishing captured two awards – best fishing accessory and best freshwater rod – while Trapper, which crowned its ICAST debut with an award in 2016, repeated the feat this year in the terminal tackle category. More predictably, Shimano maintained its reputation as a supreme maker of reels by winning both the freshwater and saltwater awards. Yeti became another double winner on the night by taking home both the boating accessory and fishing accessory awards.
