This superior-quality stainless steel dubbing tool has an integral ball bearing that allows a fast and smooth rotation in just about any direction that you’ll ever need. Its swinging head permits 180 degrees of free motion with a central locking mechanism. The positioning of the head at 90 degrees prevents unrolling of the dubbing, so it can be wrapped straight onto the hook without using hackle pliers. It comes with complete instructions.
