Winners IFTD 2018 Awards announced

Around half past five local time on Thursday the 12th of July, the winners of the IFTD Awards for the Best New Products in a large number of categories were announced on one of the casting pools at the show.

After the success at the EFTTEX, Winston managed to win an IFTD Award as well with their delicate Winston Pure fly-rod for freshwater. Thomas and Thomas won an award for their saltwater T & T Zone flyrod.

In the category fly-reels for saltwater, Abel picked up an award for their Abel TR fly-reel. Ross Reels did the same in the category fly-reels for saltwater with their Ross Evolution LTX fly-reel. For a number of years now, Abel and Ross Reels are one firm.
