On Saturday the 24th and Sunday the 25th of November the Flamish Federation of Fly Fishers organises their fifteenth Fly Happening this year.

The Gemeentehallen, Mechelbaan 604 at Putte near Mechelen in Belgium, with some 10.000 square meters in space, will be the venue than for one of the largest fly-fishing shows of the country. With stands of shops, wholesale companies, information stands, angling magazines, federations, travel organisations, competition casters, fly-tiers, antique tackle, well-known fly-fishers and demonstrations by fly-casters and fly-tiers from a lot of European countries like The Netherlands, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, UK, Slovenia, Norway etc.

You can buy products at numerous stands from different countries with a wide choice in books, an art gallery and offers for fishing trips. The show is open daily from 10.00 until 18.00 hours, entrance will cost you five euros (it is for free for children until sixteen years of age); parking is for free.
