RIO's Amateur Fly Fishing Film Awards (RAFFFA) are now open open. If you fly fish and have a video camera, or even just a smart phone, why not shoot some footage, string it together in a less-than-3-minute film and enter it into this fantastic competition?   The winner gets an all-expenses paid trip to Idaho to fish with the RIO crew.
