More than thirty teams took part in the fly-fishing competition. There was quite a lot of wind, whereby the waves went across the floating piers, but the temperature was comfortable.

The fishing on the lake was far from easy, the catch here consisted of tiger trout and golden trout.

Looking for the right depth where the tiger trout could be found was the key to success. There were several women (teams) in the competition, an excellent development.

Drawing the right places made a lot of difference in the final ranking, but one still needed to be able to catch the trout.

Making long casts often made the difference, but not everywhere was there room for long backcasts.
