Four new EFFA fly-casting instructors in the Benelux.

After an exam that took most of the day, EFFA The Netherlands could hand out the certificates for EFFA Basic Fly Casting Instructor to four instructors. The exam was held on Saturday the 2nd of November and took place at the Zevenhuizerplas near Rotterdam, the theoretical part was held at the club building of HSV Groot Rotterdam.

The different distance and precision casts were tested on the grass, a special square was laid out for this.

Apart from performing several casts, one also had to be able to explain how to make them and you had to proof that you could give fly-casting instruction.

 After the theoretical part was done with good success as well, the certificates could be handed out to, from left to right, Stephan Kasteleijn, Otto Rinia, Erwin van der Voort and Patrick Spangers (Belgium).
