GP Mohets & Amblève 2016

The Club Mohets & Amblève organised for the sixth time the international “Great Prize” on the beautiful reservoir of Rabais. With 34 teams from Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Luxembourg with a great many big names competition was fierce.

The people that organise the competition have a wholesale company in quality meat from Spain and Italy, which is why this competition is also named the “ham competition”. Several large pieces of meat where on the prizetable for this reason. Prizes that were well received, as you may guess.

With temperatures close to zero and hardly any wind it was not easy to catch fish in every session during the day, there was no team which managed to do this. Fishing in a clever and concentrated way plus a bit of luck in the drawing of the pegs, that is where the results largely depended upon.
