Launching Soon: S&TC’s Online Auction

Dear Members, supporters and friends,

Our annual auction is now open to you for registration, with bidding beginning on Friday 4th September.

We have gathered nearly 150 lots with a guide price of over £60,000. With plenty of promotion and enthusiastic bidding we hope to raise much more than this. Because of uncertainity arising from Covid-19 our fundraising activties are entirely online this year and I want to enlist your help to make it a success.

Launching Soon: S&TC's Online Auction

Featuring incredibly generous donations of fishing and other experiences, artworks and a range of unique “money can’t buy” items, bidding on S&TC’s online auction will begin at 9am (BST) 4th September. Bidding will close at 8pm (BST) 27th September unless otherwise stated on the lot information.

Special Selection

Additionally, we have selected twelve unique lots, our “Special Selection“, lots which would not usually be available online, and these will close for bidding on the 17th September at five minute intervals between 6pm and 7pm. We thought this might give you and some friends the opportunity to bid convivially. It is not a dinner in the Fishmonger’s Hall, but it is an opportunity to create some excitement, suitably socially distanced, of course.

Yours Sincerely,

Nick Measham
CEO, Salmon & Trout Conservation
