Judging for the 2024 German Open Championship of Fly Tying took place on Friday the 12th of April at Romantic Hotel zur Post in Fürstenfeldbruck near Munich. The many dozens of entries were carefully assessed by the four members of the international jury.

The winners were announced on Sunday the 14th of April during the fly fishing exhibition Experience the World of Fly Fishing at the Forum Fürstenfeld in the same town. Fortunately, some of the participants were present to receive their medals and certificates. In this film, you can see which entries won.
