A game-changing extra lightweight wading boot built for hike-wade excursions.
The exhibitors at and organisers of boot Düsseldorf 2019 were in high spirits throughout the nine days of the event. The trade fair, which ended on Sunday, reports that business was good and that contacts to water sports enthusiasts and trade visitors from all over the world were excellent.
This is the fiftieth year that the largest water-sport show in the world, boot Düsseldorf, is being held. And when the weather circumstances do not become too difficult, it promises to become a very successful show again.
The biggest water sports trade fair in the world is opening for the 50th time on 19. January, when water sports enthusiasts everywhere are invited to come to Düsseldorf. A thrilling event focussing on the motto “360° watersports experience” is taking place there on 220,000 square metres of stand space in sixteen different halls.
The popular German bluewater cruising seminar held by the well-known circumnavigator and bluewater cruising expert Sönke Roever is an audience magnet at boot Düsseldorf since many years. In 2017 and 2018 the seminar took also place in English for an international audience. With over 150 participants from more than 20 countries from all over the world the seminar has become a great success.
He is a true friend of boot Düsseldorf, has demonstrated his enthusiasm for sports here, has donated an antique anchor to the trade fair, supports the “ocean tribute” Award with his ocean foundation and simply likes coming to Düsseldorf: Prince Albert II of Monaco.
