On Sunday the 27th of May the second competition for the Dutch Championship in Fly Fishing 2018 was fished at the Ronde Bleek in Sterksel. The competition was fished from a large number of pontoons as well as around five piers. Throughout the sessions people would rotate on all of these.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The weather was warm all through the day with some light rain. The thunderstorms passed the lake at a distance.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Thirty of the participants caught a total of 66 trout and two wipers.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Fishing buzzers under a bung produced most of the fish, but this takes patience…<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A nice, big trout is carefully unhooked before being returned to the water.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
