\nJOB SUMMARY:<\/strong>
\nThe postholder will be responsible for supporting the drive for customer and consumer demand through commercial marketing activity. This will involve co-ordinating the timely execution of marketing plans and projects, and working closely with the Brand teams and European Marketing Manager.<\/p>\n
\n1. Co-ordinating all locally planned advertising and promotional activity.
\n2. Maintaining schedules for all key local marketing projects and product launches.
\n3. Managing the PR\/PO process for the marketing department.
\n4. Developing, planning and facilitating all local web, email and social media activities, liaising closely with the E-commerce manager.
\n5. Planning and co-ordinating the provision of point of sale materials, in collaboration with the Brand team.
\n6. Supporting in the organization of trade and consumer shows.
\n7. Managing the compilation and production of trade catalogues.
\n8. Maintaining price lists, order forms, and other appropriate records and files to ensure the effective execution of the marketing plan.
\n9. Providing regular reports and updates as required by the Sales & Marketing Director and European Marketing Manager.
\n10. Embedding best practice and consistency across the region in support of the brand values and objectives.
\n11. Collating information and data from the external pro team.
\n12. Supporting the European Marketing Manager to measure the return on investment for all marketing expenditure.
\n13. Supporting the drive to meet customers\u2019 expectations across the region.
\n14. Supporting business growth across the region through marketing.
\n15. Promoting collaboration, teamwork and empowerment across all functions and locations.<\/p>\n
\n1. Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a relevant business discipline would be desirable.
\n2. A further marketing qualification or working towards this, eg CIM, would be highly advantageous.
\n3. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally in a similar marketing environment.
\n4. Strong time management, communication and project management skills.
\n5. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n6. IT savvy, with a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft products. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
\n7. A strong understanding and passion for achieving growth through Marketing.
\n8. A knowledge of the fishing market would be a distinct advantage.
\n9. A team player and committed to the customer and the company.
\n10. The ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility and willingness for continuous improvement and learning.<\/p>\n
