Fly-fishers and other anglers gathered something like 1900 euros on Friday the 28th of December for a good cause by fishing for trout on different lakes of the Berenkuil in Putten, The Netherlands.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a price of fifteen euros, of which five euros went to KiKa (Foundation Children Free of Cancer), one could fish from nine until three o\u2019clock on any of the ponds and lakes on the complex. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All tickets that were sold, were also put into a lottery with which a large number of of products from local companies could be won.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lot of people took the chance to fish for trout and support a good cause at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the fly-fishing lake trout were caught for the most part on streamers fished on sinking lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 15.30 hours the lottery was started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lot of fly-fishers and anglers went home with a nice price. In total something like 1900 euros was gathered on the day for Kika!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
