Norway-based fly tackle and apparel specialist ArcticSilver is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a new European headquarters in Denmark and the addition of key staff and partners.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The EU headquarters marks a fresh chapter for the brand \u2013 best known for its fly rods and reels including its innovative Free-Flex and upcoming Switch-Flex systems \u2013 as it expands its reach worldwide. CEO Katharina Fugger explained: \u201cOur new headquarters in the EU opens up a world of possibilities for us. This move is right in line with our goals to enhance our presence in Europe and push forward with innovation in the fly fishing industry. Denmark, with its strong fishing traditions and innovative spirit, is seen as the perfect location for the new base, providing a central hub for European operations, while helping ArcticSilver build closer connections with partners and customers across the continent. As part of the changes, industry expert Hanna Bossow Vestergaard has joined as the CEO for ArcticSilver in Denmark. With her deep passion and extensive experience in the fly fishing business, Hanna is ready to take our innovative brand to new heights in the EU. Hanna said: \u201cI\u2019m honoured to join ArcticSilver at such a transformative time. I can\u2019t wait to help the company grow and bring our innovative products to more fly fishers across Europe.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, the company has also welcomed Kathrin Menges, a former board member of Henkel and ADIDAS, to its executive board of directors. Her expertise will help the young and innovative brand grow internationally. Kathrin revealed: \u201cJoining ArcticSilver\u2019s board is an exciting opportunity. It is also partnering with recently launched specialist distributor Catch Fly Fishing, which will help with all aspects of sales within the European Union, providing a strong distribution network. A Catch Fly Fishing spokesperson said: \u201cOur partnership with ArcticSilver will help us bring high-quality fly fishing products to a wider market. We\u2019re excited to work together to achieve great things.\u201d<\/p>\n
