One of the world\u2019s best-known fly fishing brands has been sold for the second time in just over two years.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SIMMS Fishing Products is part of the Revelyst division of the US-based Vista Outdoor conglomerate which has entered into a definitive agreement with Strategic Value Partners (SVP) for the $1.125 billion sale. The Boseman, Montana company joined Vista for $192.5m in July 2022.<\/p>\n
