With fresh enthusiasm and creative ideas, the organisers of the Experience the World of Fly Fishing (EWF) are currently working on relaunching the EWF for 2026. In addition to a new, modern logo, the website will soon be shining in new splendour, marking a promising step into the future of this traditional event.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 21st EWF will be held on the 18th and 19th of April, 2026, in F\u00fcrstenfeldbruck! A few of the new and familiar faces that will be at this major fly fishing fair:<\/p>\n

The Slovenian, who lives in Switzerland, has been passionately tying his fly patterns for ten years and has already been among the top 3 several times at various national and international championships.<\/p>\n

Welcome Steffen Schulz \u2013 for the first time at the EWF on 18 and 19 April 2026!<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

He is one of Europe’s best-known personalities in modern predator fly fishing. In addition to lectures on targeted fly fishing for pike, zander and perch, especially from a belly boat, Steffen will show us some methods for fly fishing for predatory fish at the EWF Casting Pool.<\/p>\n

He has been an enthusiastic fisherman and fly tier since childhood, with a focus on salmon and sea trout. He prefers to tie very small salmon flies, which are truly impressive. Sigurberg looks forward to meeting you at his fly tying bench on stage at the Stadtsaal.<\/p>\n
