Andr\u00e9 Miegies held a presentation on fly-fishing for perch, on Saturday the 9th of December, at Exclusive Flyfishing, the fly-fishing shop and webshop in Bussum (The Netherlands). After the presentation he also tied a number of his successful perch streamers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Andr\u00e9 started his presentation around 10.30 hours and talked about rods, lines, leaders, wire and whether he fished more from the shore or from a belly boat.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

After the presentation Andr\u00e9 advised people on what sinking fly-lines they should buy as well as other tools of the trade.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Going through Andr\u00e9\u2019s streamer boxes. His perch streamers are ten to fifteen centimetres in length and sometimes pike find it hard to let them pass by.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Different colours of perch streamers, he often gets his takes when the streamer is sinking after making the cast.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Andr\u00e9 also makes some wonderful needles and brushes.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

There was a great interest for Andr\u00e9\u2019s tying techniques.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Good news for the people visiting the Experience the World of Flyfishing (EWF) on the 14th and 15th of April next year, Andr\u00e9 will be tying flies for the first time at this major fly-fishing show too! Next to that he will produce a set of a needle and a brush for the auction to collect money for the children\u2019s hospital in Munich.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Most of Andr\u00e9\u2019s streamers fish upside down so they do not hook up on the bottom too easily.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
