As the Slovenian international organizers for the 16th Cortland World Youth Fly Fishing Championship 2017 (FIPS-Mouche), it is our mission to showcase the beauty and pristine nature of Savinja Valley and Savinja river, while providing an exceptional fly fishing event to our international attendees. The event will be hosted in one of the top fly fishing destinations in Europe. The valley also has unprecedented history dating back to cave man (Potocka zijalka), roman cementary in Sempeter and medieval castle of Zovnek where the rulers of whole Europe once lived. We invite you to come and see the spectacular scenery and history of Savinja Valley and Slovenia.
