Dear ladies and gentlemen, exhibitors, participants, and guests of the EWF,

Due to the present situation concerning the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the resultant questions for us about the EWF, we wish to provide you with the following information.

We are in close contact with the responsible government agencies. In our planning for and carrying out of the EWF we will follow all government directives to minimize health risks associated with your being at the show.

On the basis of how things now stand, the EWF will take place as planned. Should circumstances arise that are counter to our carrying out the EWF, such as a prohibition of public shows by the responsible government agencies, we will notify you immediately.
