Double-Handed Course with Tom Brown from Scotland and Paddy McDonnell from Ireland on the 20th and 21st of April 2026!

Directly after the EWF, the annual double-handed course will take place for the 18th time. You will again have the opportunity to learn or refresh your casting skills with two well-known instructors: Tom Brown from Scotland and Paddy McDonnell from Ireland.

This week some more participants were announced for the Experience the World of Fly Fishing (EWF). The Event Forum Fürstenfeld in Fürstenfeldbruck near Munich will be the centre of the fly fishing world again on the 18th and 19th of April, 2026.

 

Charles Jardine from Great Britain will be at the EWF again, talking about the world's greatest hobby in his entertaining and charming way at the casting pool.

Charles was immediately enthusiastic about the idea of painting at the Atlantic Salmon Trust booth this year… the organisers are very excited to see what he comes up with.

Karl Flick from Austria will be presenting his works of art at the 21st EWF. He is looking forward to welcoming many visitors to his tying bench in the Tenne. The organisers extend a warm welcome!

His journey can be described in ten-year increments. Over 40 years of fishing, 20 years of fly fishing added, and for the last 10 years, he has focused exclusively on fly fishing and fly tying. This friendly fly fisherman is looking forward to sharing his extensive knowledge with EWF visitors.
