On the second day of the Experience the World of Fly Fishing (EWF), the winners of the German Open Fly Tying Championship were made public around noon. The second day of the show was again very busy, the weather stayed warm and sunny, with just a bit more clouds.

Shane Maloney of the Mount Falcon Hotel on the banks of the River Moy got a lot of interest from new costumers.

The winners of the female fly-casting competition on the Sunday with their prizes: a doll made in Ireland. Wenda Powell ran the competition together with her daughter and the participants had to put the "fly" inside a ring as often as possible under windy circumstances.

In 2018 the Experience the World of Fly Fishing will be held on the 14th and 15th of April at the same location again.
