Rise Film Festival in Rotterdam

On Tuesday the 15th of May the Rise Fly Fishing Film Festival made a stop in Rotterdam.

On Tuesday the 15th of May the Rise Fly Fishing Film Festival made a stop in Rotterdam on its European tour. In the oldest cinema of this city the visitors could watch films on fly-fishing in Australia, Slovenia, the Seychelles and Russia.

Jay Lee organised the event for the fifth time. He also held a small lottery with gifts sponsored by, amon others, Finest Fly Fishing, Fly Supply, Elberse International, Wout van Leeuwen, Q-Fly Shop, Handy Fish and Slo-Fly.

 The whole event took a little over two hours and was visited by only as little as 30 to 40 fly/fishers from all over The Netherlands.

After the event there was still time for a refreshing drink and chats between visitors and sponsors of the event.

The visitors all greatly enjoyed themselves as there was something there for everyone, trout and salmon fly-fishing, freshwater and saltwater fly-fishing.
