The Baltic Fly Fair, which was planned to be held on the 14th and 15th of October of 2017 near Hamburg, has been cancelled by the organizers. Despite putting a lot of effort into it, it was not possible to get enough firms interested in the fair so that they would book a stand here, according to the Facebook page.

The flytiers, casters and other people that would do presentations at the show, fishing media and the firms that had booked a stand already are thanked for their trust in the fair. In order to not let the dates go by unnoticed, a small show will be held on Saturday the 14th of October right beside angling shop Der Heilander. Christopher Rownes of Guideline and Sascha Bachmann of Flyfish Europe have already said that they would come to this show.

  1. Hello Organiser,

If you made the show in the spring I’m sure it would be fully booked – having a show so late in the fall has no interest from both shops/manufakture/customers – If it would be in the spring we would have been happy to get a booth from you.

Have a great day and thank you for your effort.
