Museum Hours, Sporting Art Auction and more!
The Museum is now operating on winter hours, Thursday – Saturday 10am-4pm.
Welcome To New Board President Fred Polhemus
A trustee of AMFF since 2007, sporting art dealer Fred Polhemus has spent much of the last 45 years on rivers, ponds, lakes, and the open ocean in pursuit of fish. A lifelong angler, his affinity for the natural world allows him to combine his passions for the outdoors and sporting art. With AMFF’s recently expanded art collection and the need for broader (more digitally focused) outreach, Fred’s expertise is the foundation needed as we prepare for 2021.
Art Auction
November 15 – November 30
AMFF is teaming up with some of our favorite artists to present an online art auction. 50% of the proceeds benefit the artist and 50% benefit AMFF!
Mark your calendar and stay tuned for details.
Beginning Winter 2021 members will receive early online access to The American Fly Fisher.
Starting with the first issue of the year, in addition to their mailed copy, members will be emailed a link to enjoy the journal online!
The American Museum of Fly Fishing is the steward of the history, traditions, and practices of the sport of fly fishing and promotes the conservation of its waters.
