Roland Henrion started drawing and fishing as a kid. He studied graphic design, arts and photography at Saint-Lucas in Antwerp (Belgium). After living in the south of France and later in the Seychelles, his family settled back in Namur, Belgium.

He offers his services as free-lance graphic designer and photographer but since 2017, painting has become more and more important in his work. He started fly fishing at 17 and soon it became the only fishing method he practised. In the Seychelles, besides doing free-lance design and illustration mainly for the tourism industry, he also worked as a fly fishing guide during five years. Roland has a real passion for the ocean, which is why this theme is so present in his work.
