Scientific Anglers calls this fly-line “the best all-around fly line they have ever made”. The Mastery Presentation Taper fly-line becomes available this season in WF3F through WF9F.

The line features the revolutionary AST Plus slickness additive for superior shooting ability and increased durability. Next to a Floating Texture on the tip section for the ultimate in flotation, the line has a Shooting Texture running line so you can deliver longer casts with it.

This line is an improved version of the GPX taper by Scientific Anglers, it is ideal for casting and fishing large dry flies nymphs and streamers. All lines are 90 feet in length, the head length goes up from 31,5 feet for the WF3F until 43,5 feet for the WF9F. The tip section of the line is buckskin in colour, the head has a turtle grass colour while the running line (including the “tactile reference point”) is made in optic green. The SA ID on the line reads SA AMPLITUDE MPX WF X F (X = line weight). Once I have cast and fished with this line, I will get back with some more information.
