Angeln 2019 has a tradition of being the first angling show of the new year in the west of Europe, because of this it attracts thousands of visitors every year.

This year the show is held on the 11th, 12th and 13th of January, again at the Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord, Emscherstrasse 71 47137 Duisburg, Germany.

On the Friday and the Saturday, the show is open from 9.00 until 18.00 hours, on the Sunday until 17.00 hours. Admission costs ten euro, parking is free.

There are two rooms where presentations are held on different subjects throughout the three days, there is a flycasting pool where flycasters like Christopher Rownes, Michael Werner, Herbert Daigeler, Christof Menz, Uwe Rieder and Rudy van Duijnhoven give presentations.

A number of well known flytiers show their skills here too.

There are stands of angling shops, flyfishing shops, destinations, fishing boats, guides etc. All together a very interesting program.
